Actress Lucy Hale hits the 2012 ABC Family Upfront presentation of the 'Pretty Little Liars' season finale, at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York City.
Lucy Hale donned a refreshing turquoise suit from Rebecca Minkoff Resort 2012 collection with a white eyelet tank.
The color of suit is bright and cute, but the pants are not matching well. They are ridiculously long. So much so that I would imagine Lucy would be very hard to walk.
The bold fashion statement is good, but the too long pants make people itch.
