Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge visits to officially open The Treehouse Children's Hospice on Monday in Ipswich, England.
Catherine made her first speech as a member of the Royal Family, so she made sure she'd dressed accordingly wearing a chic cobalt-blue, double-breasted coat-dress from Reiss Fall 2008 collection.
The dress was accented with a thick black belt with a matching clutch and pumps.
Something is interesting that this dress was previously worn by her mother in 2010.
